    He was born March 8, 1949, and is still alive today at age 68. Cubillas grew up in Lima, Peru and has enjoyed soccer from a young age. He has no spouse or children. He still lives in Peru today, and helps coach young soccer teams in the hopes to get more children into sports and other activities. He is much loved and widely known thanks to his one of a kind skills.

    There are 2 intihuatana stones, one is in Pisac and the other on the sacred mountain.
    The stone on the sacred mountain is also damages as a camera crane crash into it, chipping a piece of the granite off.
    The name of the stone is derived from the Quechua language and the word. The first part of the word inti means sun, wata is a verb and translates to tied up and the na part relates to tools or places.
